Production Planner | Global FMCG Leader

We're seeking a Supply Planner to join a high-performing supply chain team within a leading global consumer goods business. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional looking to gain exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop their career within a globally recognised organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term supply plans.
Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity and material availability.
Manage inventory levels, supply risks, and planning exceptions.
Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS).
Support S&OP and Supply Review processes.
Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply.
Drive improvements in service levels, planning accuracy, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.
Support new product launches and product lifecycle activities.
About You
Experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or a related supply chain role.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP experience advantageous).
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
