Monday to Thursday: 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-14:00

Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is recruiting for a Production Planner for our client in the Bridgwater area. Our client is a market leader in their field, supplying machined parts to aerospace, F1, life science and technology companies.
The Role:
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling the manufacturing of parts in line with customer requirements. You will also be responsible for assigning materials, resources and the first point of contact for internal sales and logistics. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Schedule and progress all orders to achieve the required deliver dates
* Troubleshoot problems during production to rectify and deliver solutions
* Work alongside the production team to manage tasks and maximise resource utilisation
* Plan resources for production
* Liaise with all interested internal departments (sales, logistics, production etc)
About you:
* Experienced Production Planner/Coordinator/Scheduler with a background in manufacturing
* Advanced Microsoft Excel user
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An understanding of MRP and manufacturing planning techniques
* Detail orientated
