A leading provider in the field of Electronics, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Planner to join our client's dynamic team in Middlesex, Greater London. As a Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production schedule, maintaining optimal stock levels, and fostering strong internal relationships.

Responsibilities for the Production Planner:

Execute planning activities to meet operational targets.
Timely processing of Order Requisitions to align with work order start dates.
Manage Work Orders and coordinate work order kitting.
Monitor, review, and adjust plans as necessary in response to changes and unforeseen circumstances.
Reconcile variances and maintain actual vs. forecast projections.
Continually seek opportunities to enhance planning processes and efficiency.
Monitor inventory and contribute to inventory reviews.
Participate in production meetings and contract reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues with a cross-functional team.

Experience and Skills for the Production Planner role:

Experience in planning using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Commercial and financial awareness.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and interdependencies.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to produce KPIs from production data.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated with decisiveness.
Capacity to work under pressure and excellent organizational skills.
