Production Planner
Location: Yeovil
Salary: £30,000 to £34,000
An opportunity has opened for a Production Planner to join a manufacturing company based near Yeovil. The ideal candidate will be someone with a background within Engineering or Manufacturing and will have experience within planning production processes.
What they’re looking for:
* Engineering or Manufacturing background
* Experience of production planning or similar
* Excellent computer skills like Excel and database or MRP experience
* Experience writing documentation
* Knowledge of order processing
* Any purchasing experience would be a bonus
Production Planner Responsibilities:
* Processing and planning orders to meet KPIs and deadlines
* Assisting with purchasing of parts and products
* Keeping logbooks and databases up to date
* Inputting data into MRP system
* Assisting the production management team
