Operatives – Packing & Production (Various Shifts)
Our Operations teams are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We're looking for passionate Operators to join our team and have some fun along the way!
(£23,836.80 – £28,008.24 Dependant on shift pattern)
Attendance Award - £1,000 PA, subject to the rules of the scheme

Hours of Work:
Perm Days – 40 Hours
06:00 – 14:00
Perm Afters – 40 Hours
14:00 - 22:00
Alternating Shift – 40 Hours
Week 1 – 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2 – 14:00 – 22:00

Assisting Operators to achieve departmental targets
Comprehensive training to become a fully qualified Machine Operator
Following Health & Safety guidelines
Ensuring good levels of housekeeping are maintained within the departments
Transporting product / materials as required
Ensuring the highest quality and food safety standards are met
Completing any relevant documentation
Maintaining the working area to a safe, hygienic standard
Inspecting product to quality standards
Cleaning to the required standards
Removing waste as and when required
Ingredients that you bring with you:
Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or wider manufacturing – Ideal but not Essential
Awareness / Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene standards – Ideal but not Essential
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable and supportive team player
Ability to use initiative and work independently
