We are currently recruiting for a temporary position- Production Operator/ FLT driver based in Pontyclun
Shifts Available: AM - Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
PM - Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm
OR
6:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00pm – 06:00am Monday to Wednesday rotating
Pay Rate- £11.55-£14.67
Position Overview
Batching Machine: loading (using a forklift or pallet stacker if or when they have a FLT license) and unloading rolls, using the machine to inspect, run to length and cut rolls before packaging and loading onto pallets. You will be working as part of a team of 5 with a lead MT to run a fast-paced production line
Essential Skill Requirements

* Awareness of Health and safety
* General process and product knowledge
* Good communication both written and verbal. Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
* Some lifting involved, up to a maximum of 15 – 25 kilos
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to demonstrate good communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Extremely organised
* Must hold a valid Counterbalance licence
