Production Operator

Description:

Join our team at PepsiCo Skelmersdale as a Production Operator!

We're looking for hands-on people to help us make some of the UK's favourite snacks like Walkers Baked and Monster Munch. If you enjoy solving problems and working with machines, this could be a good job for you.

Working Hours

Panama shift pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off. Rotating across nights and days.
42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
12-hour shifts.Salary

£37,758.91 (including shift allowance)RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the equipment in your area, keeping the line running smoothly.
Keep machines running efficiently with regular checks and basic maintenance.
Spot and report safety concerns.
Log issues and help solve them.
Switch equipment between products or batches.
Hand over information to the next shift. REQUIREMENTS

Experience working in a production environment.
Ability to check equipment for defects and replace the basic parts.
Problem-solving skills (like fixing a minor machine issue).
Attention to safety.
