Machine Operative (39 hours per week) - YO42
Working on a 2 Shift Rotation
Week 1- Monday -Thursday, Saturday – Sunday (Apply online only)
Week 2- Tuesday – Friday, (Apply online only).
Start People are recruiting on behalf of a fast paced Food/Drink manufacturing company near York (YO42). This role is a temporary to permanent role with development opoortunities and increased pay levels depending on experience.
Our client will put you through condensed training programme to ensure you are progressing at the right speed - once you pass your probation, you may move onto more senior roles.
Duties include:
• Operating a variety of different types of machinery
• Maximising machine efficiencies whilst minimising any down time
• Meeting manufacturing targets on a daily basis
• Ensuring the final product meets quality and customer specifications
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
