Production Operator – Automotive Parts
Location: Kettering
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00
Contract: Temporary, approximately 4–6 weeks
Start date: Wednesday 28th October 2026
Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting Production Operators to support an automotive parts operation in Kettering.
Duties include:
Handling and checking automotive parts.
Carrying out visual quality checks for defects, damage and inconsistencies.
Sorting and separating parts that do not meet the required standards.
Accurately recording completed checks.
Following work instructions and site health and safety procedures.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Ability to follow instructions and complete accurate records.
Reliable attendance and availability Monday to Friday throughout the assignment.
