Description:
Production Operator
* Team Valley, Gateshead
* 12 week temp to perm
* £13.01 - £13.89 depending on experience
* Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Preparing steel prior to painting (grinding, Sanding, de-greasing, cleaning
* Painting steel framework (roller/brush)
* Quality checking products and final preparation checks before painting
* Be able to follow clear instructions and complete check sheets to the correct standard
* Carry out general labourer-style duties around main paint work (emptying waste bins, disposing waste in collection area, general tidy up of manufacturing areas)
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in preparing mild steel framework (grinding, sanding)
* Experience in painting mild steel framework
