Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Production Operatives to join Cranswick Poultry, a leading food manufacturer based in Hull.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for full-time production work in Hull, with a regular 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
No previous food production experience is required for all roles, as full training will be provided.
Pay & Shift Pattern
Day Shift
5:00am-5:00pm
£12.85 per hour
Night Shift
5:00pm-5:00am
£13.85 per hour
4 days/nights on, followed by 4 days/nights off.
Shift times may vary slightly depending on the department.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, your duties may include:
Working on a busy poultry production line
Handling, lifting and weighing poultry products
Preparing and packing products
Carrying out quality checks
Reporting any product or quality issues
Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
Following all Health & Safety requirements
Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and organised
Supporting other production duties when required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, factory, packing or production line work would be beneficial but is not essential.
We're looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in chilled conditions
Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Good at following instructions and procedures
Willing to work a 4 On / 4 Off shift pattern
