Production Operative - Early or Late Shift

Location: Elsenham

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy, well-organised manufacturing site in Elsenham. The site offers a clean, modern working environment with excellent facilities and a supportive team atmosphere.

Shift Options

Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Role Duties

Working on a production line
Filling bottles and securing lids
Placing bottles onto production machinery
Packing finished products into boxes
Removing completed boxes and placing them in designated areas
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as requiredTo keep the work varied, operators rotate between different tasks approximately every two hours. Full support is available on site from experienced engineers and team leaders.

Requirements

Safety boots are essential
Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided

Site Requirements

Due to hygiene and quality standards, the following are not permitted on site:

Make-up
Facial piercings
False nails
Jewellery

Two paid 15-minute breaks provided during each shift
