The Role

We’re looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our team at our Diss site. These are shift based roles working one of the following patterns:

Double Days: alternating (Apply online only) M-Th, (Apply online only) F then (Apply online only) M-TH, (Apply online only) F (five roles available)

Nights (Apply online only) M-Th, (Apply online only) F (six roles available)

However, flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential.

These are great opportunities for people who enjoys hands-on work in a small team, making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

Following health & safety standards to keep yourself and your teammates safe

Producing high-quality products and quickly flagging any issues

Working with your team to hit daily production targets

Maintaining clean, organised work areas

Communicating effectively across shifts for smooth handovers

Supporting continuous improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when needed

Ability to follow processes and quality standards

Comfortable working with basic numbers and production data

Basic mechanical understanding would be an advantage

FLT license advantageous but not essential

Previous factory or shift work experience is helpful but not essential.
