Production Operatives
Newark-on-Trent
Mon – Friday day shift
£12.50 per hour
We seek skilled and dedicated Production Operatives to join our client-dynamic team based at Newark-on-Trent NG23. The ideal Production Operatives candidates will have experience working with hand tools and tape measures and will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards in their work.
Salary and Hours:
* £12.50 per hour
* Mon – Thu 06.00 – 16:00, Fri 06.00 – 14:00
* Overtime available when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet project deadlines.
* Follow detailed operating procedures and engineering drawings to fabricate high-quality steel frames, balcony assemblies, and aluminium panels.
* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
* Assist with general assembly duties as required, contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications:
* Experience with hand tools and tape measures.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
