Production Operative / CB Operative (Counterbalance FLT Required)

£14.89 per hour | 4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern | Days & Nights Rotation

Are you an experienced Production Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence? Looking for a stable, full-time role with a company that genuinely values its employees?

Our client is one of the UK's leading recycling businesses and has recently been recognised as a Great Place to Work. Due to continued growth, they're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their Recycling Operations team.

Shift Pattern

4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
Days: 5:45am - 6:00pm
Nights: 5:45pm - 6:00amPay: £14.89 per hour

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy recycling and manufacturing environment. You'll play an important part in keeping production running safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

Operating production and recycling machinery
Loading and unloading materials using a Counterbalance FLT
Monitoring production processes
Quality checking and sampling materials
Recording production information accurately
Maintaining high housekeeping standards
Sorting and segregating waste materials correctly
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Working safely in line with company procedures

What We're Looking For

Essential

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Previous production, manufacturing or recycling experience
Good awareness of health and safety
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
