Production Operatives

We are looking for Production and Line Operatives to work in our Prepared Foods Factory just outside of Lincoln. You’ll be responsible for grading the product to the necessary standard and ensuring that packs are sealed, labelled correctly and are the correct weights.
You will be a key member of our growing team, working closely with our Machine Technicians and Key Operatives to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines.
No experience required as full training will be given.
Shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
Hours:
07.00am - finish (approx. 12 hour shifts)
Skills and experience needed:
You'll need good communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
You should be self-motivated and responsible with a keen eye for detail.
You’ll also need to ensure good housekeeping standards, good manufacturing and “Clean As You Go'” practices and working within Health and Safety guidelines.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential
