Description:
We are proud to be working with our global manufacturing client based who are currently expanding their friendly team based in Bethesda. We’re looking for Production Operatives x 2 to join them immediately on a temporary ongoing basis.
Pay & Hours of Work
·Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm – you must be able to work all shifts
·£12 per hour with an added shift premium when working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities
·Operating the sewing machine, vacuum packer, rolling, velcro and gaffer benches
·Responsible for good housekeeping e.g. keeping your work area tidy and clean
·Comply with the entirety of the production Q/A manual in relation to all duties undertaken
·Paying attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality and consistency are maintained in the production of all products
·Communicate clearly and effectively with Production Manager/Supervisor to ensure all agreed production and quality targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved on a daily basis
·Adhering to Health and Safety regulations to ensure the entire safety of all employees
·Following all reasonable supervisors / manager(s) instructions
Essential Skills
·Able to work successfully as a part of a team but also alone using own initiative
·Flexible with working hours
·Experience in manufacturing operations
·Knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems and best practices
·Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing in an ISO environment – 9001 & 13485 is desirable
