Description:
Novara People are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established Brighouse-based manufacturer supplying specialist oils, lubricants and associated products to customers across the UK and internationally.
This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment. We're looking for reliable people who are comfortable with manual work, following processes and working as part of a team.
Full-time | Temp-to-Perm
Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
The role
Working within the production area
Supporting the manufacture and preparation of products
Filling, labelling and packing products ready for dispatch
Operating production equipment following full training
Checking products for quality and accuracy
Following production instructions and procedures
Moving materials and finished products around the production area
Completing basic production paperwork where required
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Following successful completion of the temporary period, benefits include a pay increase, overtime paid at time and a half after 39.5 hours, a yearly bonus depending on company profitability, and medical benefits.
Skills:
Previous production, manufacturing or factory experience would be beneficial
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
Good attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and processes accurately
Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
Comfortable with manual handling
Happy working as part of a team
Looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent
