Forklift & Production Operative - Mondelez Bournville

Role: Forklift Operative (FLT) and/or LLOP Trained Production Operative
Location: Bournville, B30 2HP
Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am). Flexibility is required to work both days and nights.
Pay Rate: £18.31/hour (Days) & £20.13/hour (Nights)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Operate a Forklift and/or LLOP truck to move and store confectionery stock safely and efficiently.
Load and unload deliveries with precision.
Maintain high safety standards and adhere to all site protocols.
Collaborate effectively with warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support wider factory requirements, including production line work and manual handling activities as needed.
Qualifications
Must hold an in-date Forklift or LLOP accredited license (A1, A2, A5, or B1).
Minimum of 6 months experience on your specific license is required.
A positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to commit to 12-hour rotational shift patterns.
Please note: Testing will be carried out on site; no formal training will be provided.
