Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client, a global partner in sustainable packaging solutions.
Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Tamworth.
The rate of pay is £12.91 per hour.
This is a full-time role, working rotating shifts, Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
Your Time at Work
The work will be taking small and large parts made by injection moulding machines off a conveyor, to perform various tasks, all while standing as the work is steady but not fast paced.
- Labelling & Packing
- Assembling other plastic parts to the moulded part
- Trimming with tools
- Quality checking
- Stacking & Palletising
- Housekeeping.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will show dedication in their previous roles, as this job would be a long-term role, so being a reliable team player is key.
PPE required is safety boots, hi-viz vest, ear protector buds or shields depending on candidate needs, bump cap and occasionally safety glasses, all for operator safety and are supplied and must be work throughout the shift.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
