Select Recruitment Specialists is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Night Production Operative to join a busy and well-established food manufacturing business based in Cromer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a small team in a fast-paced production environment.
Hours of Work
Sunday & Monday nights
Thursday & Friday nights
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay - £13.89 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Operating food processing and production equipment
Monitoring products throughout the production process
Carrying out quality checks to ensure company standards are met
Preparing products for the next stage of production
Cleaning equipment and maintaining high hygiene standards
Completing general production and housekeeping duties
Following all food safety and health & safety procedures
Working efficiently as part of a small night shift team
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
A reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
