Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing production facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the processing and movement of materials through various stages of production.
The successful candidate will hold a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence and be comfortable working as part of a team to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating washline and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
* Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues.
* Carrying out quality checks on materials throughout the process.
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
* Following all site health and safety procedures.
* Supporting general production and warehouse activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Good attention to detail and quality standards.
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.
