About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established and respected manufacturing business based in Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced production environment, where quality and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Assemble components according to specifications
* Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
* Must have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Willingness to work rotating shifts
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
