General Operator
Temporary with Permanent opportunities
Based at Whitegate Industrial Estate
£12.71 per hour (rising after 12 weeks) + Shift Allowance
Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts Available
We are looking for dependable General Operators to join a busy production team. This is a hands-on role with full training provided and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day production activities
Assist with operating and setting up machinery
Carry out quality checks on finished products
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
Record basic production information
What We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not essential
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Willingness to work shifts
