We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting the overall efficiency of our food production processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in food manufacturing and seeking a hands-on position within a dynamic environment.
Duties
* Operate and monitor various production machinery to ensure smooth operation and product quality.
* Conduct routine inspections of equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and quality checks performed.
* Support cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
* Proficiency in basic maths to perform measurements, calculations, and record keeping accurately.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment while following strict health and safety guidelines.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not essential as training will be provided. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the food production industry while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
