Responsibilities:
Read, understand, and utilise engineering drawings to assemble products with the utmost precision.
Take ownership of product quality, ensuring that no defects pass through to the next process.
Utilise production drawings, SOS, and quality standards to maintain the highest level of craftsmanship.
Play an active role in production reporting, supporting the overall production processes and line supervision.
Support the accuracy and control of in-process inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
Be flexible in supporting the business's forecasting needs and be willing to work alternative hours or shift patterns, as required.
Embrace a rotational basis, working days, backs, and nights to ensure smooth production operations.What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment is desired.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow engineering drawings accurately.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
