Job Title: Production Operative with FLT / Forklift (Counterbalance) Licence
Location: Goxhill, UK (commutable from Immingham, Brigg, Scunthorpe, New Holland, Barton upon Humber)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £566.40 per week
Shift: Days only (Monday - Friday)
Working Hours: 07:00 - 16:30

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment in an automated manufacturing environment.
* Safely operate a forklift truck (counterbalance) to move materials and products as required.
* Ensure production targets are met by working efficiently and accurately.
* Perform quality checks on products and materials, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
* Split time between production/manufacturing tasks and operating the FLT.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
* Report any machinery faults or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
* In-date FLT / Forklift (Counterbalance) Licence is essential.
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Flexibility to work overtime when required.
