Gap Personnel is looking for Production Operative for our prestigious client who is a leading plastic manufacture based in Norwich NR7 Temp to Perm role.

Shift pattern: Saturday and Sunday 0600AM – 1800PM or 1800PM – 0600AM.
24 hours per weekend
Pay Rate: £14.93 per hour
As a production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring production lines, performing quality checks,
1. Assemble boxes according to specified dimensions and requirements.
2. Ensure the quality and integrity of the cardboard boxes being produced.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize efficiency and safety.
4. Monitor and report any issues or defects in the cardboard boxes being produced.
5. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
6. Keep track of inventory levels for cardboard materials and notify supervisor when supplies are running low.
7. Assist in the loading and unloading of cardboard boxes onto pallets or trucks.
8. Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of cardboard boxes safely and efficiently.
9. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to the production of cardboard boxes.
