Production Operatives / Machine Operators – Immediate Starts
Location: Halesowen
Pay: £16.06 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts
Shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) is urgently recruiting Production Operatives / Machine Operators to join a fast-growing, worldwide organisation based in Halesowen.
We’re looking for reliable, hard-working candidates with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn, develop and progress. Previous experience in production, manufacturing or assembly would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities
* Minding and operating machinery
* Loading and unloading products
* Preparing items and mixtures for loading
* Carrying out basic inspections and quality checks
* Maintaining a clean and safe working area
This is a temporary assignment with the potential for ongoing work, subject to performance and the client’s requirements.
