Production Operative

Our bespoke and fast growing manufacturing client based in the Romsey area specialising in the heating and energy industry are looking for some Production Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Our client has grown massively over the last 6 months and are looking to expand their team to assist with new projects.

The role of the production operatives will be working on the shop floor and reporting to the Production Supervisor on a daily basis. Day to day tasks will consist of working on the production line, operating the machinery and general warehouse duties. Hand and power tools will be used for this role so previous experience using would be beneficial.

Duties of the Role:
- Assembling their bespoke products ready for dispatch
- Operating the on site machinery
- General Warehouse Duties such as picking and packing
- Working with Hand and Power Tools
- Working to Engineering Drawings
- Working to tight time schedules

Experience Required:
- Previous Mechanical Experience Desired
- Previous experience using hand and power tools
- Previous experience working with machinery
- Production or Warehousing Experience
- Forklift Experience Desired but not Essential

Offer:
- Monday to Friday
- Temp to Perm
- 8am to 4pm Mon-Thurs & 8am to 3pm Fridays (Overtime available in busy periods)
- £12.50ph
- On Site Parking
- 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Once Perm)
- 3% Pension (Once Perm)
- Flexibility on Working Hours within Reason
