Production Operative
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Pay Rate: £28,500pa starting salary
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:00 – 16:30 with early finish on Friday
Role Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to support local business in Eastleigh.
This is a permanent contract for the right candidate, where you will be operating different machinery across the shop floor.
The role includes training and upskilling to work with CNC machines and press-brake machines.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
Operate machinery such as Saws and Pillar Drills
Quality control of products
Working to product deadlines
Candidate Requirements
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good attention to detail
Flexible to support across all areas of production
Positive attitude and able to work well as part of a team
