Details of a Production Operative

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location: Northampton

Duration: Temp on going

Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday

Role of a Production Operative

Building products on the assembly line
Operate robotic machinery and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from robotic workstations.
Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards are achieved.
Following safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
Reporting incidents, product imperfections on the assembly line
Working with various hand tools
Can involve heavy lifting

Requirements for a Production Operative

Good knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina as well as stand for hours at a time.
Be able to work in different departments depending on the requirements
