Description:
Our client based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire are looking for a number of ongoing Production Operatives to work within their manufacturing department.
In the role of a Production Operative you will be assisting with the day to day running of the machines in the production areas. This will include:
* Basic loading and unloading of parts on completion of manufacture
* Weighing items to ensure correct quantity per order
* Ensuring quality of product adheres to company standards at all times (QC checks)
* Keeping areas clean and tidy
* Assisting engineers / machine operators with other duties as required
* Ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times (provided daily)
* Keeping a log of any errors or issues with production run
All training will be provided. The client are able to offer a varied shift, working across different areas of the manufacturing team. There may be occasions where you are asked to assist in other areas of the business (such as the warehouse).
These positions are temporary ongoing through the agency, with the potential to turn in to a permanent role after a successful probation period.
Details:
* Weekly shift pattern 7am - 7pm and then 7pm - 7am (you will be required to work across both shifts)
* 4 on 4 off shift rotation
* £11.67 per hour
