Description:

STEM recruitment solutions have a great opportunity for a Production Operative for our client based in Lennoxtown.
Dayshift operating over 7 days, 4 x12hr shift shift pattern.
Excellent opportunity with great progression and training.
Duties will include:
* Ensuring the smooth running of the product so that production targets are met.
* Ensuring product changeovers are completed within set timescales.
* Adherence to cleaning, hygiene and Company regulations.
* High work ethic essential to a continuous improvement culture.
* Adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
* Be self-motivated and driven team player.
* Accurate recording of data and production information.
* Routine maintenance and lubrication of machinery.
