Job Description
Contract: 4 month fixed term
Salary: £11.51 per hour (pay increase after 12 weeks)
Shifts: 7:30am till 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
We're on the lookout for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Heanor on a fixed term contract to help us continue our tradition of excellence.
As a Filling and Post Cook Food Operative, you’ll be an essential part of our pudding production process. From meticulously filling our signature puddings to ensuring they are perfectly cooked and packaged, your role is crucial to delivering the quality our customers love.
Key Responsibilities:
* Filling Mastery: Accurately fill pudding molds and containers with our delicious mixtures, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
* Quality Control: Conduct post-cook inspections to ensure each pudding meets our high-quality standards.
* Maintenance and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and hygiene standards are met.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
* Packaging Precision: Carefully package cooked puddings for distribution, maintaining presentation and product integrity
