Production Operative

Description:

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join our customers based in Hinkley LE10 who are a worldwide player in critical surface preparation, treatment, protection and control operations plus Non-Destructive testing applications

As an Production Operative, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to Customer satisfaction .This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

Hours and Pay for a Production Operative:

3 Days a week

Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday

8:30am – 5pm

£12.20 Per Annum

Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities for a Production operative:

* Manufacturing operations and packaging (weighing, preparation, mixing, cartridge-filling, labelling)

* Operating machinery

* Quality control checks, completing relevant paperwork and reporting issues where necessary to senior operatives / Production managers where required.

* Order preparation and packing for collection

* Handling of loads or products of various sizes and weights up to 20kg / 44lbs.

* Carry out other additional tasks as may be required from time to time, including general upkeep or simple repairs / maintenance
