Responsibilities
Collaborate in teams to assemble luxury electric propulsion units.
Follow guided, standardized work sequences to ensure high standards of safety and craftsmanship.
Share your ideas to help make daily processes safer, smoother, and more efficient.
Take pride in maintaining an organised, clean, and respectful working environment.
Qualifications
E prior manufacturing or automotive experience required; we hire based on attitude and willingness to learn.
Attention to to follow structured safety guidelines and quality steps.
Collaborative great team player who values mutual respect, empathy, and clear communication.
Fl to work structured Monday-Friday rotating shift patterns (Mornings, Afternoons, or Night shifts).
