The quality of the finished product starts with the people making, operating and packing it every day. As a Production Operative, you’ll join a growing manufacturing operation where full training is provided, overtime is well rewarded and there’s the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
You’ll work across assembly, machinery and packing, helping to maintain the standards customers expect while becoming a valued part of an established local operation.

Excellent overtime rates of £19.40 per hour for hours worked over 40 and £25.86 per hour for hours worked over 50.

Your responsibilities as Production Operative
Assemble high-quality construction products to the required standards.
Operate machinery as part of the manufacturing process.
Prepare finished products for packing through shrink wrapping.
Pack completed products ready for the next stage of the process.
Carry out physically demanding duties safely throughout the working day.
What we’re looking for in a Production Operative
Good level of physical fitness for a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged periods.
Capability to carry out the heavy lifting required within the role.
Your own suitable safety footwear.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 15:30.
