Best Time Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy food production company based in Winchester, for reliable Production Operatives to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on a busy food production line
* Preparing, packing and handling food products
* Operating production machinery and equipment
* Carrying out quality and product checks
* Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean and tidy production area
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements:
* Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to follow instructions and company procedures
* Good team player with a positive attitude
* Good level of English to understand workplace instructions and safety procedures
