Production Operative Opportunity**
Our client, based in Kineton, Warwick, has over three decades of experience in the Polymer Resin sector. They are experts in producing Epoxy and Polyurethane Resin products and also offer RTV Silicone Rubber, Model board, and a variety of ancillary items.
We are hiring a Production Operatives to join our client's team. The role involves an initial training period of 3-6 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Decanting and blending Polymer resins.
- Following job sheets to perform tasks.
- Accurately measuring and mixing chemicals.
- Properly labelling and storing products.
- Operating FLT Reach equipment (licenses can be current or expired).
Qualifications:
- Must have own transportation due to the worksite location.
- Experience with FLT Reach is preferred (both valid and expired licenses accepted).
Work Schedule & Compensation:**
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours weekly).
- 30-minute unpaid break.
- Two 15-minute paid breaks.
- Starting pay: £11.75 per hour, increasing to £12.25 per hour after training.
