Shift: 3:00pm-12:00am (Afternoons) Monday - Friday
Pay: £12.92 per hour + £10 shift allowance per shift
Contract: Long-term ongoing (with permanent contracts available)

The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in producing door components to exact standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a long-term ongoing opportunity with the chance to secure a permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble door components to precise specifications
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
Work on a fast-paced door production line
Interpret and follow pick sheets for job orders
Perform manual handling tasks in line with health & safety guidelines
Maintain quality, accuracy, and good housekeeping
What We're Looking For
Experience in production/manufacturing desired
Ability to work accurately from pick sheets and follow processes
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working to targets
Good attention to detail and a strong health & safety mindset
What's On Offer
£12.92/hour + £10 shift allowance per shift
Stable, long-term ongoing work on a consistent shift: 3pm-midnight
Training and support within a well-established manufacturing team
Permanent contracts available based on performance and business needs
