HRGO are currently recruiting Production Operators for a large reputable client based in Folkestone.
Our client are a global company, specialising in the production of personal care products, and boast a large site in Folkestone, Kent, consisting of high speed production lines for a number of products.
What we are looking for:
Ideally you will have experience working within a production environment.
You will have a good standard of English, both written and spoken.
Flexibility is key - sometimes shifts become available for the same day or the following day!
Shifts are 12 hours (with breaks) and are for day shifts or 18.00pm-06.00am for night shifts (night enhancement applies) - Public transport can be difficult for the day shifts, however this is possible for night shift timings.
You must be reliable, a team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Other duties may include:
Ordering and loading components.
Line start up checks.
Change overs and wash downs.
Reading and understanding alarms and problem solving any issues that arise.
Immediate start available. Possibility of permanent employment with rewarding start up scheme.
