Production Operative
*4 day working week* Corby, £11.25ph, Temporary with the possible opportunity of a permanent role for teh succesful candidate. Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 5.00pm [40 Hours]
Due to continued success our client who are market leading manufacturers and suppliers and who have spent over a century supplying many varied industries, are seeking a Production Operative for their busy manufacturing facility, to join a team of established and experienced Production Operatives:
Operate a variety of mixing and blending equipment.
Picking of raw materials.
Monitor production process and report all discrepancies and breakdowns.
Package and label finished product.
Comply with all quality and HSE policies and procedures.
We would expect the successful Production Operative, to demonstrate previous experience in a similar production role. We are keen to hear from candidates who have worked within the adhesive industry. Have the ability to work as part of a quality focused team and work well to time deadlines Forklift trained preferably with experience of Counterbalance and Pivot-steer forklift trucks would be highly advantageous, however training may be provided for the right candidate.
You will be joining a family run manufacturing company, who have been established for over 100 years, who have an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. You will be reporting directly into the Production Manager. **4 DAY WORKING WEEK**
Working hours Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 5.00pm
Overtime rate x1.25 Monday to Friday {After qualifying period]
