Production Operative
Temp to Perm
Near Brandon
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Pay rate: £12.90 per hour
Our client in near Brandon is a busy, team-focused manufacturer looking for dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their operation. You’ll be working in a friendly, fast-paced environment with varied tasks and plenty of opportunity to learn new skills. While production experience is an advantage, it’s not essential as full training will be provided.
Daily Duties:
Picking, packing, and labelling orders.
Assembling products to a high standard.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Stock counting and assisting with inventory control.
Operating machinery and using hand tools.
Maintaining and clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Able to safely lift up to 25kg on a regular basis.
Full UK driving licence with own transport (due to location).
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be given.
