Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives and Machine Operatives for our client based in Willand, near Tiverton. Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal composite wall and roof panels.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or Assembly Operative looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business.

Key Duties
Operate a range of production and metalworking machinery.
Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly.
Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Support the wider production team to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn and develop new manufacturing skills.
