Pay Rate: £12.88 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-week temp-to-perm)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Production Operative Required - Immediate Start AvailableWe are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Winnersh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly process, helping to ensure products are produced to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery and equipment
Assembling products in line with work instructions
Carrying out quality checks and inspections
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following company health and safety procedures
Meeting production targets and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekends
Early finish every day at 2:00pm
