Production Operative

Role: Production Operative 
Location: Pontyclun
Hours: 4-day working week, 6:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Immediate start available. We're recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Pontyclun. This is stable, ongoing machine minding work in a fast-paced production environment, ideal if you want consistent weekday hours. You'll be part of a team keeping high-volume production safe, efficient and to the required quality standards.

The Role:

Operate and monitor production machinery
Feed materials onto the production lines
Carry out basic quality checks and visual inspections
Pack and palletise finished products
Keep your area clean and safe and follow strict health, safety and hygiene standards
The Requirements:

Previous production, manufacturing, FMCG or food and drink experience desirable, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work weekly rotating shifts
Good timekeeping and attendance
Able to commute reliably to Pontyclun
