Interaction Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Medik8 in Aston Clinton for reliable and experienced Production Operatives to join their busy cosmetics manufacturing team.
We are looking for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience, ideally those who have worked on production lines, handled cosmetic products or operated production machinery.
This is an initial 12-week temporary assignment with the potential to become permanent for strong performers, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term career prospects.

Monday to Friday working pattern – no regular weekend shifts.

Choose your shift
Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
What will you be doing?
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in producing and preparing cosmetic and skincare products to the required standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working on a busy production line.
Labelling cosmetic and skincare products accurately.
Assisting with the operation and setup of production machinery once trained.
Checking products and packaging to maintain quality standards.
Supporting different areas of the production process as required.
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
✅ What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
Previous production or manufacturing experience – essential.
Experience working on production lines or in a factory environment.
Experience operating machinery – desirable.
Experience in cosmetics, skincare, food or pharmaceutical manufacturing – particularly relevant.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A reliable, hardworking attitude and a strong team spirit.
Immediate availability.
Fluent spoken English.
You must also be able to commute to Medik8 in Aston Clinton (HP22 5WJ) and commit to full-time hours.
