Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a market-leading manufacturing company in Weymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and growing production team, with full training provided, immediate starts and long-term prospects available.
What We Offer
£13.95 per hour starting rate.
£20.92 per hour enhanced overtime rate.
Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
Early finish on Fridays.
Free onsite parking.

Key Duties
Assemble products accurately to detailed specifications.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Identify faults or non-conformities during the assembly process.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Work effectively as part of a busy production team.
Requirements
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Previous production or assembly experience is desirable but not essential.
Reliable, proactive and hardworking approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
