Dunkeswell, near Honiton (EX14) | £17.50 per hour | 4pm-2am | Monday to Thursday | Temp to Perm
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing company based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Machine Operative or Manufacturing Operative looking for night shift work, excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.
Key Duties
Operate production machinery, with full training provided.
Work efficiently to achieve production targets.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
Work effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team.
Requirements
Previous machine operating experience is beneficial.
Candidates with previous machine operating experience can start on the night shift straight away.
Candidates without previous experience will receive full daytime training before moving onto the night shift.
Reliable and punctual approach to work.
Good attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer
£17.50 per hour.
Overtime paid at £24.75 per hour.
Monday to Thursday working hours, with every weekend off.
Full training provided.
Immediate starts available.
